LAND sales will now operate on a first-come, first-served basis, meaning you can purchase available LAND as soon as a LAND sale begins.

There’s no limit on how much LAND you can buy if there’s enough supply left. You can buy all the LAND your project requires, one at a time, by repeating the purchase process.

Choose between buying a random Standard or Premium LAND, sign the transaction and after a few minutes, your brand new LAND will be available in your wallet and the map will update.

To join the LAND Sale you need to meet the following requirements:

All you need is a smartphone (or laptop/tablet) with a camera, an internet connection, a well-lit room and your ID document.

To verify your account you need a Passport, National ID, Driver license or Resident Permit issued by the government.

Your document must:

• Have the 4 corners are clearly visible
• Be in good shape, not damaged, with all information clearly readable
• Be valid: the document is not expired
• Not be handwritten (if the document provided is handwritten, it will be rejected)

The KYC process (Know Your Customer) ensures that a real, physical person is behind the account. It proves that users are who they claim to be. Required by current regulations, identification prevents a person from carrying out activities in the name of another person, using false documents to commit fraud (e.g. money laundering, identity theft, etc.).

The process consists first in a liveness proof, where we verify you are alive and you are a real person applying for the account verification. Then we require you to upload a document ID where we verify your identity.

Most likely, no—you will only need to complete the account verification process once. However, some users may be required to reverify their accounts periodically due to updates in our terms and conditions or changes in country-specific laws and policies.

Account verification can take up to 48 hours. If the LAND sale ends before your account is verified, you will need to wait for the next LAND sale opportunity or purchase LAND from other users on The Sandbox Marketplace ( https://www.sandbox.game/en/nft-lands/ ).

Standard LAND costs 1,011 SAND; Premium LAND costs 4,683 SAND.

The LAND Sale will be on Polygon, this means the gas price will be really low. We provide users 10 free transactions on Polygon each month, if you have already used your 10 free transactions make sure you have some POL in your wallet before you start the purchase process. You can enable the Glasless transactions feature in your account Settings > Blockchain Settings (https://www.sandbox.game/me/settings/blockchain/ ).

You can select the type of LAND you want to buy, either Standard or Premium, but the specific location will be assigned randomly within the boundaries of the LAND Sale neighborhood.

When the LAND sale starts, you can visit https://sandbox.game/landsale to buy LAND. Be sure to log into your account, then click the 'BUY LAND' button located at the top of the page to begin the purchase process.

When you see that all LAND has been booked, it means that other users have temporarily reserved the LAND. Clicking 'BUY' initiates a booking process, giving users time to log into their wallet and complete the transaction. If the transaction isn't completed within ten minutes, the booking expires, and the LAND becomes available again.

We recommend refreshing the LAND Sale page periodically to check if any bookings have expired and new LAND has become available.

If all LAND has been booked, you have two options:

Wait for Bookings to Expire: Sometimes bookings expire if users don't complete their transactions within ten minutes. Refresh the LAND Sale page periodically to see if any LAND becomes available again.

Buy LAND on the Secondary Market: If all bookings are confirmed and the LAND sale is over, you can still acquire LAND through the secondary market. Some users list their LAND for sale in our marketplace or on external platforms like OpenSea.
