PC Dave Pelican is a British Police Constable. He's wearing his high visibility traffic jacket and flat hat (to exit and enter vehicles). He's known by his colleagues for his blunt communication style and dry sense of humour. Caricatured in style, he represents the very beginning of the British Police invasion of the Sandbox Metaverse.
